Queens Centers for Progress, an Agency providing person-centered services for adults and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities, is seeking Full Time Licensed Practical Nurses. The positions are available in our Bellerose Center, located at 249-16 Grand Central Parkway, Bellerose, NY 11426.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for medical services for each person living in our residences. Responsibilities include monitoring and supervising all medical treatments, appointments, including medication, nutrition, lab procedures, etc. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ensures that a comprehensive medical/nursing plan is in place for each individual. Work schedule is Sunday - Wednesday, 7am to 5pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma/GED required. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required. Position requires the ability to travel within Queens to attend to individuals in our care.
