to join our growing team in a clinic-based, daytime role. In this position, you will design and oversee individualized programs for children with autism and developmental differences, while also having the opportunity to shape innovative programming within the center. This role is ideal for someone who: Values connection over compliance Enjoys naturalistic, play-based teaching Thinks creatively and wants to build, not just maintain Is excited to be part of an evolving, purpose-driven practice What Makes This Role Unique Opportunity to blend ABA with movement, yoga, sensory integration, and creative programming Work within a thoughtfully designed space including sensory rooms, gross motor/yoga areas, and enrichment environments Small caseloads with a focus on quality over volume Ability to contribute to program development (social skills groups, enrichment, caregiver education, workshops) A collaborative, supportive environment where your voice and ideas matter Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design and oversee behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA principles Utilize natural environment teaching (NET) and play-based strategies to support skill acquisition Analyze and interpret data to guide clinical decisions and progress monitoring Provide direct supervision and mentorship to RBTs Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills Support caregiver training and education in a compassionate, accessible way Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Qualifications BCBA certification NYS LBA Experience working with children with autism and developmental differences Strong foundation in ABA principles, assessment, and data analysis Interest in naturalistic, developmental, and relationship-based approaches Excellent communication and collaboration skills Schedule & Compensation Daytime clinic hours (approximately 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with flexibility) Part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time Competitive hourly rate, with growth aligned to experience and role expansion Why Join Flourishing Hope?
