As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in our team, working directly with our therapists to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated BT to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions and strategies, collecting data, and reporting progress to therapists. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress Report progress to therapists and contribute to treatment planning Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Provide support and guidance to clients and families
Requirements:
Experience working with children High school diploma Basic knowledge of ABA principles and practices
