Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs while working in a supportive and professional environment. Position Overview:
As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Services are delivered in home-based settings, with opportunities to work in school or community environments depending on client needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity Provide services in home, school, and/or community settings Collect and record session data accurately using Rethink within 24 hours Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings Spanish Speaking is a
MUST Requirements :
Active RBT certification (in good standing) Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with ABA data collection and documentation Ability to remain patient, flexible, and responsive in dynamic environments Why Join Our Team?
