Job Description

Lighthouse CH seeks a Russian Speaking ABA Behavior Technician to support children and families through Christ-centered behavioral services. In this on-site role, you will implement ABA-based behavior plans under clinical supervision, provide one-on-one support, track progress, and collaborate with families and ministry staff. You will communicate in Russian and English, offer compassionate care aligned with Christian values, and help clients move toward hope, healing, and practical life change in a mission-driven, community-focused environment. Responsibilities Implement ABA-based behavior support plans under supervision Provide one-on-one support to children and families in Russian and English Collect and record accurate behavioral and progress data Collaborate with supervising clinicians, ministry staff, and families Support faith-based, Christ-centered care consistent with Lighthouse CH values Assist with session planning, materials, and progress reporting Promote a safe, nurturing environment for clients and families Participate in trainings, team meetings, and spiritual development activities Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Behavior data collection and documentation Russian-English bilingual communication Behavior support plan implementation Child and family counseling support Crisis de-escalation basics Electronic health/record-keeping systems Collaboration with BCBA or clinical supervisor Basic counseling and active listening Cultural and spiritual sensitivity in care
