Lighthouse CH seeks a Russian Speaking ABA Behavior Technician to support children and families through Christ-centered behavioral services. In this on-site role, you will implement ABA-based behavior plans under clinical supervision, provide one-on-one support, track progress, and collaborate with families and ministry staff. You will communicate in Russian and English, offer compassionate care aligned with Christian values, and help clients move toward hope, healing, and practical life change in a mission-driven, community-focused environment.
