Lighthouse CH seeks a Spanish Speaking ABA Behavior Technician to provide Christ-centered behavioral support to children and families in Delray Beach. Working under a BCBA, you will implement ABA treatment plans, collect accurate behavior data, and support Spanish-speaking clients through structured sessions in homes, schools, and community settings. You will collaborate with a faith-driven team, communicate progress to families, and model compassionate care rooted in Christian values. Responsibilities Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision for Spanish-speaking children and families. Collect, record, and report accurate behavior and skill acquisition data after each session. Support clients in home, school, and community settings using evidence-based ABA strategies. Communicate session updates and progress to families in Spanish and English with cultural sensitivity. Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to adjust interventions and participate in team meetings. Uphold Christian values of compassion, integrity, and servant leadership in all client interactions. Assist with training and coaching caregivers on behavior strategies as directed by clinical staff. Maintain client confidentiality and follow organizational, ethical, and safety guidelines. Participate in ongoing training and supervision to build ABA skills and meet RBT standards. Contribute to a faith-driven, supportive team culture focused on hope, healing, and community impact.
