Job Description

School Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA Join Rise 2 Growth, a team of licensed professionals dedicated to helping children move forward to support that growth. We are seeking a School Based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in the Nassau and Suffolk Counties to join our team. About the
Role:
As a School Based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide behavioral support services to students in school settings. You will design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavioral plans to address student needs and promote positive behaviors. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions.
COMPETITIVE PAY
- $75-$85
HOURLY RATE Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) for students Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, including positive behavioral supports (PBS) and functional skills training Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field Why Join Rise2Growth?
