Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) About the
Role:
As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with Rise 2 Growth, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development of our young clients. You'll work closely with a team of licensed professionals to design and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct one-on-one behavioral support to students based on individualized treatment plans Implement Behavior Intervention Plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and accurately document behavioral data during sessions Assist students with developing communication, social, academic, and daily living skills Collaborate with teachers, school staff, BCBAs, and families to support student success Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all company and school policies
