Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - 1:1

$46 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 in-home services to a 5th-grade student in Oyster Bay, NY. The RBT will work directly with the student for 1.5 hours, twice per week, implementing behavior intervention strategies and providing support with behavioral, social, safety, and emotional development. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 RBT services to a 5th-grade student in the home setting Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA-based strategies Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors Support the student's behavioral, social, safety, and emotional needs Collaborate with the family and other members of the student's support team as appropriate Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accurate documentation at all times Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience providing 1:1 behavioral support preferred Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow established behavior plans and adapt to the individual needs of the student Reliable, patient, professional, and compassionate Preferred Qualifications Experience working with elementary-aged students Previous experience providing services in a home-based setting

Pay:

Up to $46.00 per hour
