Help Build a Multidisciplinary Neurodevelopmental Practice Evergreen Counseling 24 N. Front St. Burbank, OH About Evergreen Counseling Evergreen Counseling is a growing private practice specializing in mental health therapy and autism evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. We are expanding our services to create a multidisciplinary practice where behavioral services and mental health care work together to support individuals and families across the lifespan. We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is excited about helping develop an ABA program within a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to shape a program from the ground up rather than join a large corporate ABA provider. Position Overview As our BCBA, you will play a key role in developing behavioral services while collaborating closely with licensed mental health therapists. Our vision is to provide comprehensive support that includes behavioral consultation, parent coaching, emotional regulation, executive functioning, social communication, school collaboration, and direct ABA services as the program grows. This position offers the opportunity to influence the direction of the program and help build a practice that values collaboration, clinical quality, and individualized care. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized behavior intervention plans Provide caregiver training and coaching Collaborate with therapists and other providers to coordinate care Consult with schools and community providers Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as the program expands Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with BACB and insurance requirements Assist with development and implementation of the ABA service line Our Approach We are committed to providing services that are: Neurodiversity-affirming Collaborative Family-centered Evidence-based Individualized Respectful of each client's strengths, goals, and autonomy We believe behavioral services and mental health care can complement one another, allowing clients and families to receive coordinated support within one practice.
