Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about working with children and individuals with developmental and behavioral needs, while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.

Flexible hours : Office hours are from 9am - 6pm Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Not offered for this part-time role Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Work directly with clients to build social, communication, and functional living skills Collect and record data on client progress during sessions Provide support to clients and families in achieving therapy goals Follow ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs is a plus Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills Ability to pass a background check and meet state requirements

From $20.00 per hour
