Total Education Solutions seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services for children and adults with special needs in school, clinic, home, and community settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement behavior intervention plans, collect and graph data, support functional communication and social skills, manage challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies, and collaborate closely with families, teachers, and a multidisciplinary team.
