Qualifications & Experience:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience serving students with multiple disabilities, especially in early elementary settings, is highly desirable Ability to quickly build rapport and work collaboratively with educators, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Flexibility, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset

Key Responsibilities:
