Job Description

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Heath, TX!
Salary:
$75K•90K (dependent on experience)
Benefits:
3 weeks PTO, paid holiday, medical vision & dental•75% of health insurance•multiple tiers to pick form. (License renewal, provided mac laptop, printer, etc.) Located in DFW area, will be a remote on-field/travel schedule
Job Summary:
They are seeking a compassionate professional to oversee the design, implementation, and supervision of personalized ABA programs for children with autism and related developmental disorders. This is your chance to work within a collaborative, supportive environment where your expertise will drive meaningful changes and improve lives across various settings—including home, school, and community.
Required Skills:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Proven experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and evidence-based intervention techniques Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to supervise RBTs and clinical staff effectively Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with familiarity with tools like CentralReach a plus Preferred or Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with EMR systems such as CentralReach or similar platforms Advanced clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree in relevant fields with active BCBA certification Prior supervision of RBTs or behavioral staff Experience delivering ABA services across diverse settings
