Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician's (RBTs) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with young children with developmental disabilities, particularly those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities Teaching skills through Discreat Trial Training (DTT) Teaching skills through Natural Environment Training (NET) Teaching daily living and self-help skills Implementing the individualized treatment plans Implementing BIPs and documenting ABC data Maintains a clean, safe and therapeutic environment Participate in preference assessments alongside the BCBA Participate in the intake and bi-annual assessment process alongside the BCBA Provide feedback to help establish appropriate treatment goals aligned with client needs to ensure successful treatment outcmes Requirements Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) current certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children with developmental disabilities and or including autism spectrum disorder. Knowledge of behavioral therapy data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care protocols, and medical documentation EMR standards. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage with clients' families, team members, and other external providers.
