We're looking for compassionate, dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and provide high-quality ABA services to children and families throughout the Cleveland area. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, we'll work with you to create a schedule that fits your availability while providing the support and mentorship needed to succeed. Competitive pay:
$21-$26/hour based on experience Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time opportunities available Supportive BCBA supervision and mentorship Professional growth and advancement opportunities Collaborative and family-focused team culture Meaningful work that makes a lasting impact on children and families What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Ability to pass required background checks Who Thrives at Little Acorn ABA?
