What You'll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions
- Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress
- Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
