Services will take place in the client's home and within approved community settings. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with teens and young adults and is passionate about helping them develop the practical skills needed for greater confidence, independence, and success as they transition into adulthood. About Little Sprouts Therapy Little Sprouts Therapy provides individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services using a person-centered and relationship-based approach. We meet each client where they are and focus on goals that are meaningful to their everyday life and future. For our adolescent and young adult clients, treatment may focus on functional communication, self-advocacy, emotional regulation, social relationships, personal responsibility, daily living skills, community safety, and increased independence. Responsibilities As a Behavior Technician/RBT, you will: Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA services in home and community settings Implement treatment plans and behavior-support strategies developed by the supervising BCBA Help clients strengthen functional communication, self-advocacy, social skills, and emotional regulation Teach age-appropriate daily living and independent living skills Support clients in following schedules, completing responsibilities, solving problems, and becoming less dependent on adult assistance Practice community safety, appropriate social interactions, and participation in everyday activities Use naturalistic, functional, and routine-based teaching strategies Collect accurate and timely data to monitor client progress Communicate and collaborate with caregivers, BCBAs, and other members of the clinical team Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings Maintain client dignity, professional boundaries, ethical standards, and HIPAA compliance Preferred Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with teenagers or young adults Has experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral needs Has prior ABA experience, although training may be provided to the right candidate Is currently RBT-certified or willing to complete the certification process Holds a bachelor's degree or is currently pursuing a related degree Has reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Is comfortable providing services in both home and community settings Can use technology for data collection, documentation, and team communication Remains patient, professional, and supportive during challenging situations Welcomes feedback, supervision, and opportunities for professional development Is committed to providing respectful, age-appropriate support that promotes independence Is dependable, positive, and willing to learn Why Join Little Sprouts Therapy?
