Job Description
The Jefferson County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking dedicated and compassionate Lead Registered Behavior Technicians to join our Bright Promise Center team. In this vital role, you will be delivering high-quality behavioral instruction and supports tailored to meet the unique needs of learners with or at risk for developmental delays or learners developing typically who have not attained compulsory school age and are eligible for such services designed to reduce challenging behaviors and model new, functional communication, social, and daily living skills. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference while gaining valuable experience in behavioral therapy and special education.
