Job Summary We are looking for a strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA to support a caseload and supervise our team of RBT's. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism. We are a multidisciplinary team located in Strongsville that also provides Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be essential in guiding our clients towards achieving their personal goals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine client needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis. Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide training and support to staff on behavioral techniques and strategies. Engage in ongoing data collection to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their needs. Requirements Must hold and maintain current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Must hold COBA certification in Ohio Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and principles Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation Familiarity with medical terminology and maintaining medical records Knowledge of special education practices is preferred
