Job Description

We are looking for a fun, compassionate, and collaborative individual to join our therapy team! As we grow our behavioral therapy team this individual will be directly supervised by our amazing BCBA's. Support obtaining certification is an option for the best candidate. Must have evening availability. Job duties to include 1:1 behavior intervention services as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be maintained at all times. Provide 1:1 Behavior intervention Follow behavior intervention plan and reinforcement schedule as prescribed by the BCBA. Develop individual materials as directed by the plan/BCBA. Document the progress and effects of prescribed treatment with clients. Collaborate with family, BCBA, and/or BCaBA. Participate in patient care and training meetings Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, families and colleagues. Maintain confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Pediatric experience Pass the RBT competency and written exam after RBT training is complete. (Training and Certification can be provided) Must hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. (Training and Certification can be provided) Must be proficient in English; reading, comprehending and understanding the English language. Valid Driver's license. Professional Liability Insurance, recommended by governing body.
