Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct care to clients in one-on-one, group, & school settings. 2. Provide coordination of care for client's physical, mental, & behavioral health needs. 3. Implement individualized behavior reduction & behavioral skill acquisition protocols as instructed by supervisor &/or BCBA. 4. Collect & record data based on client behavior / performance in an electronic medical record. 5. Communicate with supervisor regarding client progress or regression. 6. Collaborate with local school districts about behaviors and / or concerns. 7. Assist BCBA's with behavior reduction assessments & skills acquisition assessments. 8. Connect clients with resources to meet needs identified throughout treatment progression. 9. Adhere to the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) RBT code of ethics. 10. Work alongside ABC Therapy Program Supervisor & Grants Manager to ensure goals & objectives of grant(s) are met. 11. Collaborate with LBHP, youth service coordinators & other staff. 12. Attend ongoing trainings & consultation to further develop clinical skillset. 13. Ensure compliance with HIPAA & other confidentiality regulations in all aspects of job duties. 14. Staff & support outreach activities as required. 15. Attend All - Staff meetings & all other meetings as required. 16. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's in psychology, behavioral health, education, or a related field preferred. 2. 2 years' experience working with children with behavior problems preferred. 3. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, CPR certification, trained in CPI or willing to obtain those certifications within 45-60 days of hire. 4. Must meet the following physical requirements: Willing & able to restrain, hold, transport & utilize quick body movements as indicated in the clients Behavior Intervention Plan. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to assume & maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting on floor, standing) for extended periods of time. 5. Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, free of major violations or infractions. Reliable transportation is required. 6. Must be able to pass pre - employment, annual, & random drug screenings & background checks.
Compensation:
$40,000 - $55,000 annual salary plus fringe benefits with opportunity for biannual bonus.
Location:
This position will primarily operate from ABC/Healing House, though travel may be required to off-site locations.
Schedule:
This employee shall maintain regular business hours (40 hours per week).
Supervision:
This position operates under direct supervision of the A-B-C Therapy Program Supervisor.
