Part-Time Position:

15-25 hours per week Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support teaching sessions that enhance communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors through engaging activities Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies Foster a safe, respectful environment that encourages positive interactions and supports client well-being Skills Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Ability to collect detailed data accurately during sessions for progress tracking Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Excellent teaching skills with a patient-centered approach to support learning and growth Compassionate attitude towards clients' needs while maintaining professionalism in all interactions
