In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, conduct client assessments, and support skill acquisition programs tailored to each individual's needs. Your expertise will help foster positive behavioral changes, promote independence, and enhance quality of life for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral health challenges. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive client assessments Collect, analyze, and document data related to client progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy protocols to support skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors Conduct intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments for new clients to determine appropriate treatment strategies Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and communicate client progress effectively Support clients through behavior intervention techniques tailored for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders Maintain detailed medical records, documentation of patient care, and reports in accordance with medical terminology standards Requirements Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other behavioral health needs Strong background in data collection, analysis, and reporting within a clinical or educational setting Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), skill acquisition programs in ABA, and behavior intervention strategies Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical documentation practices, and medical terminology related to patient care Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in a supportive or therapeutic capacity Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and support behavior management plans Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, social work or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate care and innovative behavioral solutions.
