Job Description

Autism Centers of Pennsylvania - Lehigh & Northampton Counties, PA $88,000-$93,000 annually | Full-Time | Community-Based ABA Autism Centers of Pennsylvania is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in the Lehigh Valley. This is a full-time, community-based role supporting children ages 2-12 in daycares, preschools, and schools. You'll have the opportunity to provide individualized, evidence-based ABA care in the environments where children learn and grow, while working closely with families, RBTs, educators, and clinical leadership. Schedule & Workload Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. This is a 40-hour-per-week position with a target of approximately 24-27 billable hours per week. The remaining time is dedicated to documentation, treatment planning, data review, RBT supervision, care coordination, and other administrative or non-billable clinical responsibilities. What We Offer $88,000-$93,000 annual salary , based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company matching Mileage reimbursement Professional development opportunities A structured schedule with dedicated time for both clinical and administrative responsibilities Opportunity to grow with an expanding clinical program in Pennsylvania What You'll Do Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans Review clinical data and adjust programming based on client progress Supervise, train, and support RBTs Oversee ABA services delivered in daycares, preschools, and schools Collaborate with families, educators, and other members of the care team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Manage both billable and non-billable clinical responsibilities Ensure services follow Pennsylvania IBHS requirements, BACB ethical standards, and evidence-based ABA practices What We're Looking For Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Current Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License, or eligibility to obtain it Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing ABA treatment plans Experience supervising and supporting RBTs Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Comfortable working across community-based settings Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations as needed Ability to successfully complete all required Pennsylvania background clearances, including: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check FBI Fingerprint-Based Background Check Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a BCBA Experience with Pennsylvania IBHS requirements, documentation, or compliance Experience in daycare, preschool, school, or other natural-environment settings Experience working with children with autism and related developmental needs Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required Interest in clinical leadership and professional growth Why Join Autism Centers of Pennsylvania?
