Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a skilled BCBA or LBS supporting elementary school students near Allentown, PA. Three onsite professionals are needed to collaborate across multiple buildings within a supportive and welcoming environment for the 2026 academic year. In this role, you'll make a direct impact on young learners by developing and implementing customized behavior intervention strategies and partnering closely with both school staff and families.
Key Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania BCBA or LBS certification required Prior experience in school-based settings or working with elementary-age children is highly desirable Strong communication and consultation abilities Flexibility to travel between various school sites throughout the week Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple caseloads and changing schedules
Primary Responsibilities:
Delivery of behavioral assessments, program development, and intervention planning for elementary students in need Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address behavioral and educational goals Provide guidance, training, and support to instructional staff on the implementation of behavior plans Adapt to a weekly schedule that may involve working at different locations each day within the district Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation and regularly communicate student progress Participate in team meetings, including an introductory interview and a follow-up session with the team lead to ensure the right fit and caseload alignment This position offers a consistent 35-hour work week with set daily hours from 8:15am to 3:45pm, spanning from late August to early June.
