Ability to self-sustain RBT supervision outside district resources, if necessary. Valid references required. Reliable transportation is essential. Capable of obtaining and completing all necessary Pennsylvania clearances. Experience working in urban education settings highly valued. Must willingly disclose district assignment upfront. Willing to participate in a brief Zoom interview as part of the process.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct behavioral support to students in accordance with individualized plans. Collaborate with educators and support staff in Autistic Support K-2 or middle school classrooms.
