Job Description

Bachelor's (preferred) High School Diploma required Working with children: 1 year (preferred) RBT Certification or completion within 3 months of employment
  • 40-hour RBT training provided as part of onboarding to non-credentialed staff Pass Federal and State background checks Reliable form of transportation Job Description Behavior and Education Support Services has been providing quality Applied Behavior Analytic services to children, adolescents and young adults located in Montgomery and Bucks counties for over 10 years.
We are seeking caring, energetic and reliable individuals to provide one to one ABA treatment in the home, community and school settings. Essential Duties
  • Implement individual ABA treatment plans designed by a Behavior Analyst (ongoing training provided)
  • Implement skills acquisition programs to teach social, communication, and independent living skills
  • Follow behavior plans to decrease problem behavior
  • Daily data collection
  • Maintain client safety, dignity and confidentiality
  • Actively engage with children
Locations:
  • Collegeville (areas in Montgomery County)
  • Part time positions available: Monday Thru Friday mornings or Tues. and Thursday 8:30am-2:00pm Why Work for BESS
