Qualifications and Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience within school settings or with elementary-age children is highly preferred Understanding of autism spectrum disorders and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with educators, therapists, and families Ability to adapt quickly, exercise patience, and remain compassionate in a fast-paced classroom environment

Your Role Will Include:

Providing direct behavioral support to students in an elementary autistic support classroom Delivering one-on-one interventions as well as small group support (with 2-3 students) Collecting and documenting data on student behavior and progress Assisting in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans under supervision Collaborating with classroom teachers and related service providers to ensure consistency of interventions Supporting classroom routines and fostering positive, inclusive learning environments This position offers the opportunity to hone your skills in behavioral therapy, contribute to a collaborative team, and make a daily difference for children.
