9619945-19054 Job Description Step into a rewarding role providing direct, impactful support for students as a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a contract position. This is a 1:1 opportunity, working closely with one student to implement behavioral interventions within a school setting near Levittown, PA. With a weekly schedule totaling 38.75 hours, youll make a meaningful difference in a students academic and personal growth.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active and valid RBT certification required. Previous experience working in a school environment or with children/adolescents (preferred). Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collect and accurately document behavioral data. Demonstrated reliability and a collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 behavior support to assigned student throughout the school day. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilize ABA strategies to promote positive behaviors and skill acquisition. Record detailed data on student progress, interventions, and outcomes. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent application of behavior interventions. Participate in meetings and trainings as necessary to support student success.
