Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Recent experience working in school settings, especially with elementary and middle grade students Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and fellow specialists

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and group speech therapy services to students in grades K-8 Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with the multidisciplinary team Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records Provide consultative support to classroom teachers and family members Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to help students achieve success Discover the difference you can make by fostering students progress and helping them build confidence in their communication skills.
