Job Description
Autism ABA Behavior Technician Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you have a heart for helping children with autism reach their fullest potential? If so, we invite you to join our compassionate and dedicated team as an ABA Behavior Technician, providing ABA therapy services to children under the mentorship of a licensed, case supervisor. Compensation:
Pay:
$20 - 24/ hour based on experience. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.Bonuses:

We are a hands-off company working with autistic children who sometimes require verbal and non-physical de-escalation. We train you to do this properly. We love to teach through play how the child learns best. We integrate video games from our partner company, Simcoach Games, to extend and reinforce learning in a supportive, inclusive manner driven by the child's pace and interests. Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with the support of Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBSs) and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement. Collect data and write notes on the child's progress and behavior to track their development, and acquire caregiver session signatures with our electronic, secure app. Work closely with a supportive team of clinicians, caregivers, and office staff to provide quality service to our wonderful clients.
