Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a BCBA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering top-tier ABA therapy services to children with autism. arrangement, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care without the added stress of managing a bulky caseload.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, in collaboration with our team of experienced behavior analysts Provide ABA therapy services to clients, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to address challenges Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists Maintain accurate and thorough client records, ensuring compliance with state and national regulations Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy, incorporating this knowledge into treatment plans and service deliveryRequirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, preferably with children with autism Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAdditional Information:
