Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a positive impact by providing behavioral support services in an educational setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Prior experience working with school-aged children or within a school environment is highly valued Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and the ability to apply them in an educational setting Effective communication skills to interact with students, staff, and caregivers A proactive attitude and flexibility in daily responsibilities Ability to pass any required background checks or clearances

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group ABA therapies to students as directed by a supervising BCBA Collect and accurately record data on student behaviors and responses to interventions Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and fidelity Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to reinforce positive behaviors Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development Maintain confidentiality and ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while working alongside a supportive educational team.
