Miles & per diem average $ 1,500 per week $0.65 per mile (Average 2,120 miles per week)
Delay Pay:
$20/hour after 2 hours
Backhaul Pay:
$25 per backhaul
Hazmat Load Pay:
$75 per load
Trailer Sweep Pay:
$25
