Key Qualifications:

Active RBT certification is required Experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician in a school or pediatric setting is preferred Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday Comfortable managing multiple types of student caseloads Ability to obtain Pennsylvania clearances within the first 48 hours after a job offer, or possession of clearances acquired within the last year Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Professional, empathetic, and adaptable mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral intervention and support to students, following individualized care plans Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and other school staff to implement treatment strategies Collect and record data on student progress, documenting behavior and instructional outcomes Participate in team meetings to review student goals and share insights Support classroom routines while fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment Youll be joining an environment deeply committed to student success, with up to 20 openings for candidates dedicated to making a difference.
