Schedule:

8:30am - 4:00pm $32.50hr

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or youth on the autism spectrum, or in behavior-focused programs, strongly preferred Ability to work in classroom settings across various age groups, adapting interventions as needed Excellent communication skills with students, teachers, and families Capability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under supervision Reliable, organized, and confident managing classroom behaviors Key Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 and small group support to students in autism and behavior programs Implement behavior plans and collect data on student progress Collaborate with special education teachers, school psychologists, and BCBA supervisors Foster positive, inclusive classroom environments that encourage student growth and independence Assist with crisis prevention and de-escalation using trained techniques Document interventions, progress, and observations in accordance with school requirements If you are ready to bring your dedication and expertise to a vital school-based RBT role for the new academic year, apply now to secure your spot in this meaningful contract position.
