BCBA:
You'll play a key role in leading high-quality behavioral programs that truly change lives.
Responsibilities include:
Designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Training and supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs Coaching and supporting caregivers Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals Monitoring progress with data-driven strategies Reporting directly to the
Clinical Director What You'll Need:
