This full-time assignment focuses on providing support to elementary-aged students in autistic support classrooms, starting as soon as possible. Youll split your time between individualized one-on-one interventions and working with small groups of two to three students, helping create a positive, supportive environment where every child can thrive.

Key Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working in school settings, ideally with elementary students Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Compassionate approach to supporting students with autism spectrum disorder Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver ABA-based interventions as directed by supervising professionals Work one-on-one and with small groups to support student learning and behavior goals Collect and record data on student progress, documenting behavior and skill acquisition Assist teachers and related staff in implementing individualized education plans and behavioral strategies Foster a safe, structured, and positive classroom atmosphere Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for continued student progress In this dynamic role, youll have the opportunity to support both individualized and small-group programming, using your skills to help elementary students access their education and reach their fullest potential.
