Position Title Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Experience Range Entry Level:

1-4 years of experience

Mid Level:

5-10 years of experience

Supervisory:

10+ years of experience Overview This School District is seeking a BCBA to support students with special education needs and behavioral challenges across K-12 settings. The district understands that candidates may require up to 90 days' notice to transition from a current role.

•Experience in elementary education is strongly preferred.

• Terms of Employment Full-time, 10-month position Salary aligned with the PEA Collective Bargaining Agreement Role Description The BCBA will: Deliver advanced behavioral analysis services and develop behavior management plans Support school staff and families with behavior intervention strategies Conduct assessments and create plans aligned with IDEA and PA Chapter 14 Key Responsibilities Provide classroom support Consult with case managers Write and review Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and review Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) for IEPs and Reevaluation Reports (RRs) Qualifications Master's degree in Special Education or related human services field Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or Current Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist license Pre-Employment Requirements PA State Police Clearance (Act 34) Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151) FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114) School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
