Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a positive impact as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students in a dynamic educational setting near Phoenixville, PA. This contract position offers the opportunity to work full-time (32.5 hours per week) across a variety of programs dedicated to providing emotional and behavioral support to students. Openings are available for both one-to-one student support and classroom assistant roles, all requiring your RBT expertise. You may be placed in any of the following specialized programs based on your fit and preference: The Community School (Aston): Focused on serving students with emotional support needs. Marple Education Center (Broomall): Providing specialized educational services. The County Alternative Program (Media): Delivering alternative education solutions.

What You'll Need:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred. Strong commitment to supporting students with emotional, behavioral, or specialized needs. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members. Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills. Willingness to accept onsite supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), provided by the agency.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one or classroom-based behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision. Collect data and assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs). Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Engage with teachers, therapists, and families as part of the student care team.
