Position Details Monday-Friday Hours:

August 24, 2026 Elementary School Classrooms Kindergarten-2nd Grade or 3rd-4th Grade School-Year Assignment Responsibilities Provide behavioral support within a classroom setting. Assist teachers in implementing behavior intervention strategies. Promote positive student behaviors and classroom engagement. Support students in developing social, communication, and self-regulation skills. Collect behavioral data and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, BCBAs, and administrators. Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with children in school or educational settings preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Passion for helping students achieve behavioral and academic success.
