8:00am-4:30pm Position Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Technician to provide direct support to students with behavioral and emotional needs across three elementary schools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values consistency, and is passionate about helping children succeed. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct behavioral support in classrooms and small group settings Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the guidance of school psychologists and behavior analysts Collect and maintain accurate data on student behavior and progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive behavioral outcomes Assist in crisis intervention and apply de-escalation strategies when needed Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Travel between assigned school sites as scheduled ✅ Qualifications 1-2 years of experience supporting children in behavioral roles (school-based experience preferred) Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management strategies Ability to work independently across multiple school sites Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and consistent in attendance and performance Preferred Credentials Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Educational background in psychology, education, social work, or related field
