Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician to join a supportive educational team with a local school in the Royersford, PA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position focuses on providing 1:1 support to a student who is new to the school. With your help, you will be providing a smooth and structured educational experience while helping the student in everyday life.

Schedule:

Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Workdays:

Monday-Friday

Caseload:

1:1

• Start date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral support
• Monitor and address any behavioral challenges
• Document behaviors, follow behavior plans, and ensure student progress
• Support student with daily schedule and providing academic and instructional support
• Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for students

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience as a school Registered Behavior Technician
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
• Comfortable with potential aggressive behavior
