Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract A school district in Williamsport, PA is seeking four experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team on a contract basis for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to provide expert behavioral support while mentoring aspiring BCBAs through essential supervision hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver behavior support services for classroom teams within the district. Supervise and mentor ABA apprentices, ensuring they acquire the necessary restricted and unrestricted hours to achieve BCBA certification. Collaborate with school personnel to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs). Provide training and guidance to students and staff to enhance program implementation and student success.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current BCBA certification. Experience in behavioral support and consultation within school settings. Proven ability to supervise and mentor emerging BCBAs. Strong skills in conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs. Flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or virtually.
Work Schedule & Location:
Position offers full-time or part-time hours, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The position starts ASAP and continues through the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. Located in Williamsport, PA, with options for onsite, hybrid, or virtual arrangements.
