As a BCaBA, you will play a vital role in implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions, conducting assessments, and supporting clients through personalized therapy plans. Duties Assist in developing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols tailored to each client's needs, with a focus on behavioral development and skill acquisition Collect, analyze, and document data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral developmental evaluations, to identify client needs and inform intervention strategies Support clinical supervision by collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure fidelity of treatment plans and adherence to best practices Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to provide updates, education, and support regarding behavioral interventions and progress Assist with intake processes, including client assessments and initial evaluations for new clients with autism or other neurodevelopmental disorders Maintain HIPAA compliance by ensuring confidentiality of medical records, documentation, and client information in accordance with privacy regulations Requirements Current certification as a BCaBA or eligibility for certification with relevant experience in applied behavior analysis Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and implementation of ABA protocols Experience working with individuals with disabilities across various settings such as clinics or educational environments Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and clinical documentation standards Ability to perform behavioral health assessments and conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively Excellent client communication skills combined with patience, empathy, and professionalism Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical documentation and confidentiality standards Experience working with children who have neurodevelopmental disorders or disabilities is highly preferred Join us in creating impactful change through compassionate care, innovative interventions, and dedicated teamwork.
