Client Oversight & Clinical Leadership Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on assessment results and clinical needs Oversee implementation of all client programs across home, school, and clinic settings Provide direct supervision and clinical guidance to Behavior Technicians and Program Managers Conduct overlaps to model program implementation, including antecedent strategies, teaching procedures, and consequence interventions, ensuring treatment fidelity Review and approve all programming updates prior to implementation Ensure all goals from treatment plans are accurately reflected in data systems and actively targeted Conduct staff competencies and monitor quality of service delivery 2. Parent Training & Collaboration Conduct ongoing parent training to support generalization of skills across environments Maintain consistent, professional communication with caregivers, Program Managers, and team members Collaborate with school staff and other professionals while maintaining appropriate clinical boundaries Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide clinical recommendations as needed Support caregivers in understanding behavior strategies and treatment goals 3. Data Review, Analysis & Program Modification Review session data regularly to monitor progress, identify trends, and ensure accuracy Modify treatment goals and intervention strategies based on data (progress, stagnation, variability) Ensure data collection procedures are implemented with fidelity by all staff Oversee that Program Managers maintain updated programming and accurate data systems Submit progress reports to the Clinical Director at least one month prior to authorization end dates 4. Supervision, Training & Staff Development Provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Managers in accordance with BACB requirements Support and oversee Behavior Skills Training (BST), including modeling, feedback, and performance improvement Ensure staff receive consistent positive and corrective feedback Support onboarding and training of new staff, including initial case support when needed Guide Program Managers in conducting supervision meetings, competencies, and staff development Attend monthly BCBA meetings and participate in ongoing professional development 5. Documentation, Compliance & Quality Assurance Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including treatment plans, reports, and session notes Review and finalize reports prepared by Program Managers prior to submission Ensure all documentation meets insurance, regulatory, and company standards Monitor timely session verification, data entry, and report deadlines across teams Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and funding requirements 6. Service Continuity & Team Support Collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to maintain consistent service delivery Support problem-solving around cancellations, staffing gaps, and coverage needs Ensure clients receive prescribed service hours whenever possible Provide guidance to Program Managers regarding coverage, including support for direct services (e.g., DI) when needed Monitor overall treatment integrity and address barriers impacting progress 7. Ethical & Professional Standards Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and all Blooming Child Development policies Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries at all times Ensure staff uphold expectations related to professionalism, communication, and scope of practice Promote a respectful, safe, and collaborative environment across all service settings Education Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Certification Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Experience 2+ years of ABA experience preferred Skills Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze data and make clinical decisions Effective supervision and team management abilities
