This position is in-person with some remote flexibility and ideal for BCBAs seeking flexibility and a sustainable workload. We prioritize ethical, compassionate ABA while maintaining reasonable billable expectations and strong administrative support. Why BCBAs Choose This Role 28 billable hours per week Clinic-based services only (no travel) Built-in administrative and supervision time Structured onboarding and mentorship (ideal for new BCBAs) Small caseloads focused on quality care Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Consistent schedule and paid clinic closures Primary Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Supervise and support BTs/RBTs Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration Review data and make clinical decisions Maintain documentation in compliance with insurance and state requirements Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision Schedule & Caseload Details 28 billable hours weekly Full-time employment Clinic-based ABA services Caseload designed to support ethical supervision and client progress Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonuses Paid clinic closures and holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) CEU and professional development support Administrative support included in schedule Positive, respectful, and supportive work environment Qualifications Active BCBA certification (or newly certified) Licensed in Connecticut or Eligible for Connecticut licensure Experience with early childhood ABA preferred (training provided) Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to ethical and compassionate ABA practice
