Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Flexible Telehealth

Job Summary & Responsibilities:
Seeking a BCBA to provide outpatient ABA services in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, primarily in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. The position offers a hybrid schedule with a caseload of 7-10 clients, primarily ages 4-7.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
- Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with families and care teams.
- Complete clinical documentation and required reassessments.
- Work Monday-Friday with flexibility between 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM.
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- BCBA certification.
- Active Maryland LBA or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
