Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Flexible Telehealth

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Seeking a BCBA to provide outpatient ABA services in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, primarily in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. The position offers a hybrid schedule with a caseload of 7-10 clients, primarily ages 4-7.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with families and care teams.
  • Complete clinical documentation and required reassessments.
  • Work Monday-Friday with flexibility between 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM.
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • BCBA certification.
  • Active Maryland LBA or eligibility for licensure.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
