What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing supervision and clinical guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs. Analyze data and adjust programs to ensure meaningful client progress. Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams. Provide parent training and ongoing family support. Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, funder requirements, and company standards. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical trainings. What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field. Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) BCBAs are highly encouraged to apply.
